Die Bandbesetzung von Mystery Language liest sich ein bisschen wie das Who’s who des schwedischen Hardcores.
Sofia (Time to Heal), Elina (Via Fondo), Gabriel (Careless) und Daniel (No Omega) bilden das Quartett dieser neuen Band aus Stockholm.
Gespielt wird Shoegaze, aber nicht ganz so Slow, sondern mit ordentlich Indie Anteil.
Gone ist der Eröffnungstrack der Demo und auch der stärkste Song.
Die Intromelodie lässt einen nicht mehr los.
Dazu noch der abwechselnde Gesang zwischen der tiefen und hohen Stimme und im Chorus auch als Duett.
Bei mir jetzt schon in meiner Mixtape 2017 Liste.
Die anderen beiden Songs haben mich dann aber doch überrascht.
Während You Don’t Want Me At All noch rockiger und mit ordentlich Power daherkommt, ist Change My Mind ein ruhiger Abschluss der ersten Veröffentlichung von Mystery Language.
Mir fehlt noch ein wenig der rote Faden in der Musikrichtung, aber besonders Gone macht das dann auch wieder wett.

They are playing Shoegaze, but not so slow and with a big amount Indie.
Gone is the first and best song on this demo.
This intro doesn’t get out of my head. I like the rotative singing between the deep and high voice and as a duet, like in the chorus, it’s really awesome.
A song for the Mixtape 2017 List.
The other two songs are a little bit suprising. You Don’t Want Me At All has a rock vibe and a lot more power and Change My Mind is a calm ender on the first release by Mystery Language.
What I’m missing is the continous thread through the demo, but hey, it’s a first demo.
