James Joseph ist eigentlich Bassist bei , aber hatte ziemlich Lust eine Vegan Straight Edge Band zu gründen.
Da er bislang keine passenden Bandmitglieder gefunden hat, hat er einfach mal die komplette Demo selbst eingespielt und in das Internet geworfen um die geeigneten Leute zu finden.
Ist auch mal ne Möglichkeit.
Auf der Demo sind zwei eigene Songs plus ein Cover von Inside Out.
Gespielt wird schnörkelloser Hardcore. Klingt schön Old School und geht gut nach vorne.
Man hört zwar die roughen Aufnahmen, aber dies beeinträchtigt die Qualität der Demo keineswegs.
Aber der beste Teil dieser Demo kommt noch.
Und zwar werden alle Einnahmen von der Demo (100%!!!) und die Hälfte der Einnahmen aus Merchandise an Lebendhöfe und Kampagnen für Tierrechte gespendet.
Richtig gute Sache.
Ein Grund mehr diese Demo zu kaufen.
James Joseph is the bassist from the band Holding Absence, but wanted to start a new Vegan Straight Edge Hardcore Band. He didn’t find any members, so he recorded a demo by himself and put it online to find some committed members. On this demo you have two songs by Lifegrab and one cover by Inside Out. Lifegrab plays straightforward hardcore. Old School and with no time to breathe. The demo sounds a little bit rough, but this doesn’t affect the music in a negative way. But the best is still to come.
All profits from the music sales and 50 % of the merchandise will be donated to animal sanctuaries and spent on animal rights campaigning.
This is really awesome and there is no reason why you shouldn’t buy this demo.
